Bed of Roses (1933) was a Drama - Romance Film directed by Gregory La Cava and produced by Pandro S. Berman and Merian C. Cooper.

SYNOPSIS

This adventure fable of redemptive love travels the Mississippi with reform school graduates Bennett and her delightfully unsavory sidekick, Ziegfeld veteran Kelton, creating havoc as they try to steal and con their way to a life of luxury. Along the way they are rescued, literally and figuratively, by captain McCrea, who holds onboard his cotton barge the prospect of the honest love that will ultimately woo Bennett from her wayward ways and her loveless relationship with a rich New Orleans publisher.
