'Mary Brian (I)' was under contract with Paramount at the time, and was borrowed by Radio Pictures for this film. She replaced 'Mary Astor (I)', who was originally slated for the lead role. Jack Mulhall and Noel Francis were also supposed to be in this film, but they were replaced.
