Facts about
The opening shot of the cartoon displays what looks like the MGM logo, except with a goose in place of Leo the Lion (but the goose actually roars like a lion). On the ring surrounding the goose, there is a message that reads, "Ertsnay to ouyay". This is Pig Latin for "Nerts to you", a then-mild way of saying "Nuts to you".
Aside from his debut in The Wise Little Hen, this is the only appearance of Donald Duck in a Silly Symphony cartoon.
