Facts about

Director Cecil B. DeMille clashed with art director Paul Iribe early in production and fired him. Set decorator Norman Bel Geddes took over Iribe's duties and performed both functions--although uncredited as art director--for the rest of the production.
After the film premiered, author Sutton Vane sued producer/director Cecil B. DeMille and Paramount Pictures, claiming that the screenplay was a rip-off of his novel "Outward Bound". The case was settled out of court in Vane's favor.
According to the Cecil B. DeMille Society, this is a lost film.
