TCM to Honor Legendary Movie Actor Christopher Lee on June 22
Programming Tribute to Include The Curse of Frankenstein (1957) and Horror of Dracula (1958)
Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will celebrate the life and career of acclaimed British actor Christopher Lee, whose haunting, intimidating performances as Count Dracula, the Frankenstein monster and Fu Manchu made him an icon of horror films with an eight film tribute on Monday, June 22. Lee, who passed Sunday June 11 at the age of 93, had long career which emcompased more than 275 credits including Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy and four films with director Tim Burton.
