CULVER CITY, CA - Monday, Jan. 4, 2016 - getTV unveils a star-studded Monday Night Variety lineup in January, airing every week starting at 8 p.m. ET. This month's roster presents themed blocks packed with A-list episodes of THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW featuring powerhouse performances by Barbra Streisand and Ethel Merman; rare specials starring Andy Williams, Perry Como, and Mitzi Gaynor, at 9 p.m. ET; followed by some of THE MERV GRIFFIN SHOW's most iconic episodes at 10 p.m. ET, headlined by a powerful Martin Luther King Jr. interview on Jan. 18 that still resonates today. 

getTV's Monday Night Variety Block's January schedule as follows:

Double Judy/Double Jack-January 4

getTV delivers a double dose of Judy Garland and two famous Jacks, kicking off with "Lollipops and Roses" crooner Jack Jones joining Judy Garland for an unforgettable evening, featuring a medley of Jeanette MacDonald and Nelson Eddy classics that includes "I'll See You Again" and "Lover Come Back To Me" in THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW at 8 p.m. ET. Then, Judy Garland is back in action in a full-color 1965 appearance on THE ANDY WILLIAMS SHOW at 9 p.m. ET, putting her wit on display as she clowns around with Andy and puts her trademark twist on "Get Happy," "Over The Rainbow," "The Trolley Song," and more. And Merv Griffin honors comedy royalty with "A Salute To Jack Benny" on THE MERV GRIFFIN SHOW, celebrating comedian Jack Benny in an hour of laughs that also includes super model Twiggy and actor Mel Ferrer at 10 p.m. ET.

Southern Hospitality-January 11

getTV presents a night of Southern charm as bluegrass group The Dillards knock the socks off THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW with a barefoot rendition of "Buckin' Mule," in a lively episode that also includes four-time World Series Champion and Baseball Hall of Famer Leo Durocher, actor George Maharis, and comic Jack Carter at 8 p.m. ET. The night continues with a hilarious episode of THE JIM NABORS SHOW at 9 p.m. ET, with fan-favorites-and Nabors' ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW co-stars-Andy Griffith and Don Knotts. And Merv Griffin welcomes future HEE HAW star Minnie Pearl, and TV personality Allen Ludden with wife, beloved actress and entertainment icon Betty White, to THE MERV GRIFFIN SHOW at 10 p.m. ET. The episode will air a week before White's 94th birthday on January 17.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day-January 18

getTV celebrates Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a special block honoring the late civil rights leader and other African-American icons. The evening begins with influential bandleader, composer, and musician Count Basie on THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW at 8 p.m. ET, as he conducts Garland and his orchestra in a rousing medley that includes "I've Got My Love To Keep Me Warm," "April In Paris," and many more. Next, Jazz legend Lena Horne blows the roof off Boston's War Memorial Auditorium in the 1965 Kraft Music Hall edition of THE PERRY COMO SHOW at 9 p.m. ET, pairing up with Como for a New England-themed medley featuring "Moonlight in Vermont," "Old Cape Cod," and more. And Merv Griffin delivers a powerful hour of television, sitting down with actor Harry Belafonte and civil rights pioneer Martin Luther King Jr. in a rare talk show appearance that gives viewers a glimpse at the man behind the hero, as he discusses his wife and children, the improving race relations in Atlanta, the importance of peaceful demonstrations, and the war in Vietnam on THE MERV GRIFFIN SHOW at 10 p.m. ET.
