The longtime home of Betsy Drake, the late actress and third wife of leading man Cary Grant, has come on the market in West Los Angeles for $1.299 million.
That's about $1 million more than what the Spanish-style house sold for nearly three decades ago. Drake, who died last year at 92, bought the property in the late 1970s for $260,000, public records show.
Built in the early 1930s, the single-story home retains its vintage vibe. Period details include arched doorways, tile and wood floors and graceful rolled ceilings throughout the 1,722 square feet of living space.
