The roster includes a special episode of THE MERV GRIFFIN SHOW, in honor of Robert F. Kennedy; a month of divas on THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW, with Barbra Streisand, Liza Minnelli, Lena Horne, and Ethel Merman; the all-new Crime TV Saturday block, featuring JOHNNY STACCATO, FELONY SQUAD, and THE LIEUTENANT; and birthday blocks celebrating Rosalind Russell, Dean Martin, and Judy Holliday.



  

Rosalind Russell-Thurs., June 2 at 8 p.m. ET

Golden Age icon Rosalind Russell shines in a night of laughs, as a dean whose career is threatened by bad press in A WOMAN OF DISTINCTION, with Ray Milland. Then, Russell stars as a literary agent searching for a leading man in WHAT A WOMAN, with Brian Aherne, at 10:05 p.m. ET. Russell would have turned 109 on June 4. 


CRIME TV Block-Every Saturday at 8:50 a.m. ET, Starting on June 4

getTV expands its classic television roster with the new Crime TV weekend block, putting the spotlight on rare crime dramas JOHNNY STACCATO, FELONY SQUAD, and THE LIEUTENANT, every Saturday at 8:50 a.m. ET, starting June 4. Viewers can enjoy FELONY SQUAD before it makes its Crime TV debut, with four back-to-back episodes airing as part of the network's Get Lost In TV block on Wednesday, June 1, at 8 p.m. ET. Get Lost In TV will also feature four episodes of JOHNNY STACCATO on Wednesday, June 8, at 8 p.m. ET. The Crime TV lineup is as follows:

 

8:50 a.m. ET-JOHNNY STACCATO (1959-1960)-John Cassavetes stars as a piano playing P.I. helping desperate people in dire situations, while unearthing Greenwich Village's seedy underworld. Notable guests include Cassavetes' wife Gena Rowlands, Elizabeth Montgomery, Michael Landon, Mary Tyler Moore and John Williams. 

 

9:30 a.m. ET & 10:05 a.m. ET-FELONY SQUAD (1966-1969)-Howard Duff, Ben Alexander, and Dennis Cole hit the streets as city cops dealing with the struggles of life on the force in this forgotten '60s series. Notable guests include Sam ElliottTom SkerrittGeorge TakeiRoddy McDowall, Richard Dreyfuss & Beau Bridges.

 

10:45 a.m. ET-THE LIEUTENANT (1963-1964)-Gary Lockwood and Robert Vaughn star as commanders at Camp Pendleton, who find trouble and corruption among fellow soldiers and superiors, alike. The series was the first created by Gene Roddenberry, two years before he changed the face of science fiction forever with STAR TREK. Guests include Robert Duvall, Dennis Hopper, Ed Asner, Linda Evans, and future STAR TREK stars Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols & Leonard Nimoy.

 

THE MERV GRIFFIN SHOW: Robert Kennedy Tribute-Mon., June 6 at 10 p.m. ET

getTV celebrates the life and legacy of Robert F. Kennedy on the 48th Anniversary of his death, with this poignant conversation filmed eight months before his assassination. Sitting down with Merv, the young senator eloquently addresses civil unrest and its effect on America's youth, in an insightful interview that is still very much relevant today.

 

THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW: Divas Month-Every Monday in June, at 8 p.m. ET

Hollywood's most legendary divas go toe-to-toe with Judy Garland on THE JUDY GARLAND SHOW, every Monday in June at 8 p.m. ET. The month begins on June 5, with one of the show's most iconic episodes, as Judy blazes through a friendship medley with Broadway queen Ethel Merman, before delivering a powerful rendition of "Battle Hymn Of The Republic" as a heartfelt tribute to President John F. Kennedy, who was killed just weeks before the taping. Spend the evening with beloved entertainer Dean Martin in a pair of comedies, scheming to help Tony Curtis win back his wife in WHO WAS THAT LADY?, with Janet Leigh. Then, Martin goes on his final mission as Matt Helm in the 1968 spy caper THE WRECKING CREW, with Elke Sommer and Sharon Tate, at 10:45 p.m. ET. Martin would have turned 99 on June 7.

 

Judy Holliday-Thurs., June 16 at 8 p.m. ET

OscarĀ®-winner Judy Holliday sizzles in a classic romance two-pack, starring as a model who shoots to fame overnight in IT SHOULD HAPPEN TO YOU, with Jack Lemmon. Then, Holliday and Aldo Ray try to save their troubled union in THE MARRYING KIND, at 10:05 p.m. ET. Holliday would have turned 94 on June 21.

Residents of a small town are out for blood when an escaped con (Robert Redford) comes home, in this drama starring Marlon Brando, Jane Fonda, and Robert Duvall.

Frank Sinatra stars as a psychopath who takes a family hostage in a scheme to assassinate the American president, in this 1954 thriller that also stars Sterling Hayden.
