Neil Connery is dubbed.
Apparently, the film has allegedly never been formally and officially released on DVD.
Quite a number of actors and regulars from the EON Productions James Bond series made cameos in this spoof even playing similar characters. These included Bernard Lee, Lois Maxwell, Daniela Bianchi, Anthony Dawson and Adolfo Celi.
The film's soundtrack was never released when the movie was back in 1967. However, two 7" 45 rpm singles including the main title song sung by Christy were the only original music releases associated with the movie.
The film's star Neil Connery was actually the younger brother of Sean Connery, the big James Bond actor star of the time during sixties when this spoof was made.
The soundtrack composed by Ennio Morricone and Bruno Nicolai was the first time that the two composers had worked together.
The taglines "'Neil Connery' is too much" and "OPERATION KID BROTHER is Too Much for One Mother!" are parodies of the tagline for the James Bond spoof movie Casino Royale which says "Casino Royale is too much for one James Bond!".
When Sean Connery left the official James Bond series after appearing in You Only Live Twice which was released in the same year as this movie, producer Sabatello apparently offered the services of Neil Connery to Eon Productions who rejected the offer.
