In 1981 set moved to the new colonial street where it was placed next to the "Leave it to Beaver House"/ "Marcus Welby House" ("Any town USA" on the Universal Studio Tour. In 1988 it was move again along with the Beaver house to an area of the back-lot south of Falls lake. Some time between (2006 and 2007) it was destroyed. The Hubbard House set has appeared in many Universal Pictures and TV series, example 'The Milkman (1950)', "Bachelor Father' (1960)' and 'Amazing Stories (1985)'.
