MINO BIO:
Stanley Adams is probably best known, in film, as millionaire Rusty Trawler in Breakfast at Tiffany's starring Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard. Other notable film roles include Rusty in The Errand Boy (starring Jerry Lewis, and George Peppard) and Juan in Lilies of the Field (starring Sidney Poitier). Although his roles in film were relatively minor, he did have quite a robust career on TV, appearing on many TV shows during the 1960s and 1970s, including The Odd Couple, The Twilight Zone, The Addams Family, Petticoat Junction, The Dick Van Dyke Show -- and most famously as Star Trek's tribble-dealing Cyrano Jones in "The Trouble with Tribbles" episode.

Stanley Adams Quotes:
First Counselor: Fifty thousand guilders?
Second Counselor: You've lost your mind!
Storekeeper: Yes, sir, can I help you today?
Nevada Smith: Can of peaches... A big can please!
Storekeeper: [Giving him a can] Best Eastern peaches in the West.
Nevada Smith: Would you open it for me?
Storekeeper: No charge!
Mr. Ashton: Say, where'd you get all the material?
Juan: The people give them, Senor.
Mr. Ashton: What for?
Juan: A man, he gives wood... bricks. In time, what does he get? A chapel... a place where his children can receive the sacraments. To these men, for their children to have faith, it is important.
Mr. Ashton: Is that why you're here?
Juan: To me, it is insurance. To me, life is here on this earth. I cannot see further, so I cannot believe further. But, if they are right about the hereafter, I have paid my insurance, Senor.
