Michael Brennan Overview:
Character actor, Michael Brennan, was born on Sep 25, 1912 in London, England. Brennan died at the age of 69 on Jun 29, 1982 in Chichester, England .
MINI BIO:
Solidly-built, brown-haired, London-born actor who played tough mugs both straight and comic. Once John Gielgud's stage manager, Brennan brought his wide-apart eyes and long, grinning mouth into the acting scene in the mid-1930s and, in the post-war years, became a familiar, if sporadic visitor to films, between TV and stage assignments. He enjoyed one of his most effective roles as the inept store detective in Norman Wisdom's Trouble in Store. Married actress Mary Hignett (1915-1980).
