Jean Vander Pyl Facts
Best known as the voice of Wilma Flintstone from Hanna/Barbera's long running cartoon, "The Flintstones" (1960).

In addition to Wilma, Jean also voiced the Flintstone characters Pebbles and Mrs. Slate. Much to her later regret, Jean was paid just $250 per episode and received a lump sum of $15,000 in lieu of syndication royalties. She was later a voice actor for seven of the characters in 'The Jetsons', including Rosie the robotic maid, and Mrs. Spacely.

Was the second woman, after June Whitley, to do the voice of Margaret Anderson on the 'Father Knows Best' radio show.
