Dick Van Dyke is one of the greatest entertainers, from Mary Poppins, The Dick Van Dyke Show through Night At The Museum, all great performances.
I actually like both of them. I hadn’t heard of this movie.
I love Both Dick Van Dyke and Angela Lansbury. My childhood hero was Mary Poppins and she wouldn’t have been complete without Bert! Also loved his TV series and movies! Angela I also love her movies and of course her TV roles growing up! Couldn’t be a better combination! I had not heard of this so very excited to see it! Of course with Robert Redford narrating it will only add to the glory!
Dick van Dyke and Angela Lansbury are pure legends. They were from a special time when they Sang, Danced and Acted. Not many like them anymore.
What’s not to love? Two treasures of the TV and movie world together along with one of my favorite modern tv actresses Abigail Spencer (who is a massive old movie fan)! I’m intrigued to see this film!
What do I love about these two amazing actors?!? What don’t I love? I love their sense of humor, their amazing acting abilities and Dick’s dancing is incredible, even in his 90’s! I love how they have stayed active filming movies pretty much their entire lives. And they play such genuine characters. I sadly missed thus movie when it was short lived in the theaters. I’m so glad to see it is available to purchase.

Angela Lansbury was one of the most illuminating personalities of television. Being a crime thriller addict I have watched her entire series” Murder She Wrote” and of course who could forget her portrayal of Miss Marple in the movie ” The mirror cracked from side to side”!

Ooo! Hadn’t heard of this title, but Angela Lansbury! From Mrs. Eleanor Shaw Iselin to Mrs. Potts – there’s a span! and @iammrvandy (nearly subbed his handle in your req’d tweet) – so enjoyed his participation in If You’re Not in the Obit, Eat Breakfast (w/ Carl Reiner!).
Seems like plenty o’ reason right there to enter this promo! Thanks for the opportunities.
The reason I would love to win this dvd is because: I think it would be nice to see 2 family friendly actors work together to make a beautiful Christmas movie.
They are both national treasures. Van Dyke has such great timing and his physical acting is unequaled. Lansbury is such a grand lady. Her early work was stunning and her later work proved exceptional
I love Dick Van Dyke-From Rob Petrie to the photographer villain on Columbo he has always been terrific.
If Angela Lansbury had on done The Manchurian Candidate that is the role of a lifetime. I also watch her as Jessica on Murder she wrote all the time…great actress
I love both of them! They are true legends and amazing in what they do to entertain us. Such talent!!!

Angela Landsbury is an especial favorite for my family and I’d enjoy seeing her paired with Dick Van Dyke. Also, I collect Christmas-themed movies and would love to add this one to my December rotation.
What’s not to love about these two?!! Grew up with them in a sense – reruns of the Dick Van Dyke Show & Murder, She Wrote; PLUS their movies: Mary Poppins, Bedknobs & Broomsticks; Bye, Bye Birdie; The Court Jester; Chitty- Chitty Bang-Bang: The Harvey Girls…. the list goes on! #Legends
I grew up watching THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW, and finally saw Dick in the musical “BYE BYE BIRDIE”. What a talent; he can do it all and is among the greatest out there.

I love to see how greatfull they are what they doing and what they been through. 2 Icons in One movie that’s incredible!!
I love so many things about both Mr. Van Dyke and Ms. Lansbury. When I was a child there were 4 musicals I had on VHS that I would constantly watch over and over and over again. One of them was Marry Poppins, where Mr. Van Dyke showed us all what it means to be a triple threat, and Bedknobs and Brooksticks, where Ms. Lansbury plays the witch-in-training Elgentine Price who sings and fights Nazis. I’ve also adored Ms. Lansbury’s stage work. I have all of her cast albums: Mame, Gypsy, Sweeney Todd, Dear World, A Little Night Music, etc. I’ve loved musicals as well as these two brilliant actors my whole life and I’d love to see Buttons and spend another magical night lost in music with Mr. Van Dyke and Ms. Lansbury.
I love Dick van Dyke and Angela Lansbury because every role I’ve seen them play, they do it with such class and uniqueness. They have entertained audiences for many years and they continue to win people over with great performances!
What’s not to love about them! They know how to show emotion through their acting abilities. You can feel connected to them through their performances and are good human beings. Their dancing is superb. They are one of a kind. They can make you smile without even trying, especially Dick. Mrs. Potts will always be Angela Lansbury. I can’t imagine anyone else as her doing that role. They are irreplaceable.
I love them both for their youthful enthusiasm and excitement for whatever they do. Wether it is tv, movies, or on stage on Broadway they bring their whole passionate selfs.. maybe that’s how you have a career that goes on for decades and still be working in your 90s!
Dick VanDyke has always been my idol. He is effortless at comedy and always encourages people to live their best life, even singing with his quartet and dancing into his 90s. Learning I won the role of Bert in a community theater production of “Mary Poppins” made me instantly cry with happiness knowing I was trying to honor him. He is eternally young at heart with a twinkle in his eye. Angela Lansbury is class personified- just pure elegance and also not afraid to live and embrace her fullest life which is something we can all aspire to do
I saw the movie when it came out last year. I have seen Angela Lansbury’s movies from way back and all through Murder She Wrote. Her career has been long, varied and incredible. I grew up on the Dick Van Dyke show and again I watched many of his works from a variety of genres–he played the mirdere in Columbo way too well. Having these two legends in a movie together….anazing!

I would like to win this DVD because my 46th Birthday is December 3rd (the release date). I loved Angela Lansbury in: ‘Murder She Wrote’ and Bedknobs and Broomsticks’. I wasn’t old enough to see her in ‘Sweeney Todd’ but my parents played the album.
I love that Angela Lansbury made Murder She Wrote an interesting show to watch.
Love Dick Vandyke in Mary Poppins and his TV show Dick Vandyke
I have loved Angela Lansbury’s work since I was little and first watched “Bedknobs and Broomsticks.” I have rewatched “Murder, She Wrote” many, many times. I also love Dick Van Dyke in “Mary Poppins.”
