2) Successfully complete a qualifying entry task during the specified contest period.
3) Winner(s) will be chosen at random at the end of each specified contest period and announced on Twitter and/or the Blog the following day (depending on method of entry).
4) One Prize will be given away during each specified contest period, for a total giveaway of 15 annual subscriptions within 30 weeks. 5) Additional Prizes may be announced during the overall contest period. Details will be announced via the Blog, and prizes will be awarded accordingly per the Blog Announcement(s).

ELIGIBILITY:
* Limited to United States (excluding the territory of Puerto Rico) only.
* Must be eighteen (18) years old and over as of the date of entry.
* Only one prize per winner.

* Entrants are only eligible if they do not currently have an active FilmStruck account, and/or if they have not had an active FilmStruck account within the past 12 months, and/or if they have not tried a free trial of Film Struck within the past 12 months.
* Giveaway starts Monday June 4, 2018 and ends on Saturday December 29, 2018 at midnight EST or when all prizes are exhausted (whichever comes first).
* Each winner will be notified by email, Twitter DM or Facebook and will have 48 hours to respond with the requested information or a new winner may be chosen. If any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
